Professional Success

Your “performance” in a certain job or role is not a matter of chance. Naturally, you must have interest in that field, but this alone is not enough. Behavioral fit with the role is just as critical a determinant of “performance” and hence “success”. That is why every artist does not become a Picasso, every physicist an Einstein or every entrepreneur a Steve Jobs.

Most career tests focus on predicting “job satisfaction”. They are either not thorough enough or are inadequately validated to reliably predict which fields/professions you are most likely to succeed in and therefore, have the greatest chances of advancing rapidly.
