Hello! I am Bruno Lubeigt, the principal instigator of WeMap. I practice what I preach-and am proof that the approach works! After 17 years in marketing and management roles within Anglo-Saxon groups across several countries, I shifted tracks. I graduated from the Coaching Academy in Paris, and became a business coach and career management consultant.
I work closely with senior executives on various aspects related to the evaluation and support of individuals. I am the first certified user of the SuccessFinder Career System Inventory™ in France. One of the most effective tests in its field, I use it to measure with 85% reliability the probability of success of a person in a given position. I help in diagnosing the drivers and obstacles that control this success, thus reinforcing the relevance of decisions and interventions.
