Founder of SuccessFinder
Larry is the founder of Successfinder, Inc., a technology company specializing in talent management assessment systems. At its core is an unparalleled behavioral assessment model and a cloud-based platform capable of providing analytics for confident predictive hiring and “high-stakes” talent management decisions.
Prior to launching Successfinder, Inc. in 2011, his talent management consulting practice included work with Fortune 500 companies, including IBM’s Global Executive Development Center in New York, Honda, Procter & Gamble, and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.
Larry earned his Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University of Toronto, where he subsequently served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Applied Psychology, teaching graduate-level courses on counseling and psychotherapy theories for five years.
